This means we have a highly developed sense of identity and intent: a drive to deliver outstanding outcomes from a values-rich education. Tove Learning Trust supports the school to do this and trusts us with the autonomy to make the right decisions for our community.

As a primary school within the Trust, we have access to a highly experienced and skilled central team that offer both support and professional challenge for the school. This means that there is someone on hand with the knowledge and expertise to support us through any situation whether it be through working with the School Improvement Directors to develop teaching and learning or other school business operations: we have had invaluable support from both the central marketing team and the IT infrastructure team. Being part of the Trust also means that we get the professional challenge we need to effectively evaluate the school performance and to deliver school improvements.

Our middle leaders (subject leaders, SENCo’s, EYFS leaders) also benefit from working very closely with their counterparts from the other schools within the Trust.  This provides opportunities to learn from each other, provides peer support and challenge, as well as see how other schools work on similar issues or challenges. This is ultimately leading to improved outcomes for pupils.

Since joining the Trust the school has continued to go from strength to strength.
