Scheme of Delegation

The Board holds senior leaders and local governance to account for the outcomes of pupils in their settings and this is undertaken through a supportive approach, with challenge when appropriate.

The Trustees have developed a scheme of delegation that clearly defines lines of responsibility, accountability and communication within different tiers of governance in the trust. It takes into account the Funding Agreement, Corporate and Charity law, Academies Financial Handbook and other DfE guidance.
