What an inspiring day we had at the Tove Learning Trust Inclusion Conference, bringing together school and trust leaders to share and celebrate incredible examples of good practice in fostering inclusive environments. Put together by one of our Executive Headteachers, Darren Gelder, we were honored to host two fantastic external speakers: the hugely respected Professor Mel Ainscow and the insightful Lisa Bradbury, School Improvement Lead for Worcestershire County Council. Their expertise, alongside the brilliant ideas shared by our own school leaders, has provided invaluable insights and powerful strategies to further strengthen our commitment to ensuring every student thrives. The energy and dedication to inclusion shown by everyone present promises an exciting future for Tove Learning Trust!
