Tove Learning Trust has launched a new trust‑wide survey programme designed to strengthen the voices of staff, parents, and students across all its schools.
The survey will be delivered in partnership with Edurio, a leading national provider of education survey and analytics tools, the initiative will gather valuable insights to support continued improvement and ensure every member of the school community is heard.
By using Edurio’s robust and research‑informed platform, the Trust will be able to analyse feedback consistently across schools and identify both strengths and opportunities for development.
The surveys will explore key areas such as well-being, workload, communication, school culture, safeguarding, and the overall learning experience. Participation is completely confidential, and the Trust is encouraging all stakeholders to take part. The findings will inform trust‑level planning as well as individual school improvement strategies, ensuring that decisions are grounded in real experiences from across the community.
A summary of findings and planned actions will be shared with stakeholders later in the year.
